Minnesota Advanced Manufacturing Partnership – MnAMP

Lake Superior College is a Minnesota Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (MnAMP) consortium member. Students pursuing machining and welding programming benefit from dedicated intensive advising, seamless transfer pathways, and high-quality equipment for their education. Lake Superior College is part of a nationwide effort to provide leadership, American competitiveness, and employment oriented training opportunities in advanced manufacturing. At Lake Superior College, students will benefit from exciting new opportunities to acquire industry-recognized credentials and certifications alongside degree completion. The College offers the only MnAMP advanced manufacturing programs in northeastern Minnesota.

 

The College’s participation specifically assists existing workers, veterans, adult learners, and those dislocated from the workforce be successful in their degree completion. Integrated manufacturing education prepares learners for high demand, high wage employment upon graduation.
