Overview
The medical receptionist diploma at Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN is designed to prepare you for a job as a medical receptionist. Medical receptionists answer telephones, schedule appointments, and prepare correspondence. You’ll need to be familiar with hospital, clinic, and doctor office health information procedures; and understand medical laws and ethics.
